Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack With Care

  Securely place the items in their original Milligram packaging, ensuring all fragile home goods are properly cushioned to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
